Detergents are supplied by the property owner. To scope housekeeping accurately, we'll need your property's typology — number of bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony/veranda, pool, and total surface in square meters.
Laundry
Pick-up & delivery orders, wash & fold services, and scheduled 24-hour delivery service.
Maintenance
IT solutions and recommendations, electrical & hydro repairs, general repairs including painting, and development of safety and security protocols.
Consulting
Financial and asset management support, law consulting, fiscal & tax solutions, Owner's Representative services, concept development for housekeeping, front office and F&B, and full HR solutions.
